The Tab-Overload Trap

Saving the job is only half the repetitive work.

Bookmarks lose useful context, while application forms make you retype details that are already organized in your resume.

Bookmarks save links, not your workflow.

You still copy the details, find the right resume, and re-enter the same information when you apply.

One extension carries the context forward.

Save the listing, connect it to your workflow, and prefill supported fields from your chosen resume.

Frequently asked questions.

Answers about supported job sites, resume-powered autofill, privacy, and what stays under your control.

What does the ResumeMaker.Online Browser Extension do?
It saves supported job listings with their key details, connects them to your tracker and tailoring workflow, and prefills supported application fields from the resume you select.
Which job sites can I save jobs from?
One-click job saving is built for LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Adzuna, including several regional versions of those sites. You can also add a role manually when a listing is not supported.
How does application autofill work?
Open ResumeMaker.Online once to sync your saved resumes, choose the resume you want to use, then ask the extension to prefill the current application page. It fills only supported empty fields it can identify confidently.
Does the extension submit applications for me?
No. The extension never submits an application. It also does not fill passwords, payment information, file uploads, or fields that already contain information. You review every answer and complete the final submission yourself.
Where is my extension data stored?
Saved jobs, synced resume profiles, your selected resume, and extension preferences are stored locally in Chrome. Data is exchanged with ResumeMaker.Online only when needed for job tracking and resume autofill. Read the Privacy Policy
